DIRECTIONS |
1) MAKE "ADOBO" SEASONING BY COMBINING SALT, PEPPER, GARLIC POWDER AND
OREGANO. BLEND SEASONINGS WELL.
2) SPRINKLE OVER CHOPS AND LET STAND OVERNIGHT.
3) NEXT DAY: PAN CHOPS AND BAKE AT 350 F DEGREES FOR ONE HOUR. REMOVE
FROM PAN.
4) GRILL CHOPS AT 350 F DEGREES FOR 30 MINUTES (15 MINUTES EACH SIDE)
UNTIL BROWNED.
