This file contains the audit information associated with a record in the PRF ASSIGNMENT (#26.13) file. Entries in this file are created automatically by the Record Flag Assignment [DGPF RECORD FLAG ASSIGNMENT] option for each creation/edit of a PRF ASSIGNMENT (#26.13) file entry. Records in this file should not be added, edited, or deleted except through the use of the Patient Record Flag software that is part of Registration.
