DIRECTIONS |
1) RECONSTITUTE ONIONS AND GREEN PEPPERS.
2) SAUTE IN OIL UNTIL ONIONS ARE CLEAR AND GLOSSY.
3) COMBINE TOMATOES, SUGAR, MUSTARD AND SEASONINGS AND ADD TO
MIXTURE IN STEP 1. SIMMER FOR 1 HOUR.
4) COOK ZUCCHINI IN SALTED WATER UNTIL ALMOST TENDER.
5) PLACE ZUCCHINI IN PANS AND COVER WITH SAUCE FROM STEP 3.
COOK IN OVEN UNTIL THOROUGHLY HEATED.
