DIRECTIONS |
1) PLACE 12 SLICES OF BREAD ON THE BOTTOM OF A WELL-GREASED PAN; CUT SLICES
IN HALF TO FIT SPACE IF NECESSARY. REPEAT FOR SECOND PAN.
2) TOP BREAD WITH A LAYER OF GRATED CHEESE; COVER WITH ANOTHER 12 SLICES OF
BREAD AND TOP FINALLY WITH ANOTHER LAYER OF CHEESE. SCALE 2 POUNDS OF
CHEESE PER PAN.
3) COMBINE MILK, WATER, EGGS, AND WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE AND BLEND. POUR
3 1/4 QUARTS OF BATTER OVER BREAD AND CHEESE. LET SET FOR 5 MINUTES.
4) BAKE AT 300F FOR APPROXIMATELY 80 MINUTES.
