GENERAL DESCRIPTION 
This ICR allows direct global read and read with
fileman access to the Stop Code Number (#8), Name (#.01), and Type (#2)
fields. Name field direct read access is used to determine if a value exists
and the Type field direct read access is used to determine the Hospital
Location type before it can execute another task in TIUSRVP.
