DIRECTIONS |
1) COMBINE FIRST LISTING FLOUR, SALT, PEPPER, AND SUGAR.
DREDGE STEAKS IN MIXTURE.
2) BROWN STEAKS ON BOTH SIDES ON GRILL. PAN AND SET ASIDE.
3) RECONSTITUTE ONIONS IN WATER. COMBINE WITH TOMATOES AND SALT
(SECOND LISTING).
4) COMBINE FLOUR(SECOND LISTING) WITH COLD WATER TO FORM SMOOTH PASTE.
POUR MIXTURE OVER VEGETABLES, MIX THOROUGHLY.
5) POUR LIQUID OVER PANNED STEAKS. COVER PANS AND BAKE AT 350 DEGREES
UNTIL TENDER.
