DIRECTIONS |
1) COMBINE FIRST LISTING FLOUR, PEPPER, AND SUGAR. DREDGE STEAKS IN MIXTURE.
2) BROWN STEAKS ON BOTH SIDES ON GRILL. PAN STEAKS AND SET ASIDE.
3) COMBINE FLOUR(SECOND LISTING) AND WATER TO FORM SMOOTH PASTE.
4) COMBINE TOMATOES AND ONIONS. ADD FLOUR PASTE. MIX THOROUGHLY.
5) POUR TOMATO MIXTURE OVER STEAKS. COVER PANS AND BAKE AT 350 DEGREES
UNTIL STEAKS ARE TENDER AND SAUCE THICKENS.
