3 TYPE 0;2 SET
************************REQUIRED FIELD************************
  • 'M' FOR MAS;
  • 'P' FOR PHARMACY;

  • LAST EDITED:  MAY 06, 1987
  • DESCRIPTION:  Differentiates between MAS ward groups and PHARMACY ward groups. Only PHARMACY ward groups are selectable in the PICK LIST options and no two PHARMACY ward groups may contain the same ward (for dose counting and
    tracking purposes). MAS ward groups may be set up as desired, and are selectable (along with PHARMACY ward groups) in all other print options.
  • TECHNICAL DESCR:  This should never be made editable. It is only asked when the user first creates the ward group. MAS ward groups can be set up any way the users desire, but no two PHARMACY ward groups may contain the same ward.
    Making this editable could defeat that scheme, which would cause the cost reports to be useless.

5.07 PRINT NON-ACTIVE ORDERS FIRST 5;7 SET
  • '1' FOR YES;
  • '0' FOR NO;

  • LAST EDITED:  JAN 28, 1992
  • HELP-PROMPT:  Answer 'YES' to have expired and dc'd orders print before active orders for each patient on the pick list.
  • DESCRIPTION:  For each patient, a pick list will print active orders and any orders that have expired or have been discontinued within 24 hours of the start date of the pick list. Normally, for each patient, the patient's active
    orders are printed first. This will allow pick lists run for this ward group to print each patient's expired and dc'd orders first. This does not affect pick lists that have already been run.
  • TECHNICAL DESCR:  This is used to determine the sort order of active vs. non-active orders for each patient within the pick list. If this is 'NO' (or not set), each patient's active orders will print first, as they always have. If this
    is set to 'YES', each patient's non-active orders (if any exist) will print first.
