DIRECTIONS |
1) PLACE POTATOES AND WATER IN PAN AND STEAM FOR 30 MINUTES.
2) BEAT TOGETHER EGGS, SALT AND PEPPER.
3) GRIND HAM.
4) POUR OIL IN PAN.
5) ARRANGE IN LAYERS - POTATOES, HAM, EGG MIXTURE,ONIONS.
6) BAKE FOR 1 HOUR IN ROTARY OVEN AT 350 F DEGREES.
