1) THAW OKRA.
2) COMBINE FLOUR AND SALTAND BLEND. ROLL OKRA IN MIXTURE.
3) COMBINE EGGS, MILK, WATER AND SALT. ADD OIL AND WHIP TO A
THICK BATTER. DIP FLOURED OKRA IN MIXTURE.
4) COMBINE FLOUR AND CORNMEAL AND MIX. ROLL BATTER-DIPPED OKRA
IN MIXTURE; SHAKE OFF EXCESS.
5) FRY IN DEEP FAT UNTIL CRISP.
